Ymwelais i'r pentref heddiw am apwyntiad gyda fy awdiolegydd. Mae Janine yn dda iawn, hi bob amser yn ddefnyddiol ac yn ceisio gwneud siŵr mae popeth yn gweithio yn dda. Dydy hi byth yn gofyn i fi talu am y cymhorthion clyw. A dweud y gwir mae rhaid i mi ofyn iddi hi os dylwn i ddechau talu. Wel nawr rydw i wedi dechrau talu bob mis am ddeuddeg mis. Rydw i'n hapus iawn gyda'r help a gofal rydw i wedi'i dderbyn.

Ar y ffordd adre rydw i wedi sylwi'r blodau hynny wrth y nant. Doeddwn i ddim yn gwybod pa fath o flodau oedden nhw. Ond dwedodd 'Plantnet' roedden nhw 'Feverfew' ('Tanacetum parthenium' yn Lladin, neu 'Twymynllys' yn Gymraeg). Gall fod nhw'n ddefnyddiol i'r rhai sy'n dioddef o feigryn, yn ôl pob golwg.

I visited the village today for an appointment with my audiologist. Janine is very good, she is always helpful and tries to make sure everything works well. She never asks me to pay for the hearing aids. To be honest I have to ask her if I should start paying. Well now I've started paying every month for twelve months. I am very happy with the help and care I have received.

On the way home I've noticed those flowers by the stream. I didn't know what kind of flowers they were. But 'Plantnet' said they were 'Feverfew' ('Tanacetum parthenium' in Latin, or 'Twymynllys' in Welsh). Apparently they can be useful for migraine sufferers.

It would be interesting to find your medical care growing by the stream
