Barrack St Car Park and Offices (widwed040625)

My effort for Wide Wednesday which I am hosting this and next week.  
Thanks to everyone who has entered so far,  I'll try to do as usual and give everyone a star and comment so you will know I have seen your entry - and aim to have the results out for Friday. I still have some follow up from my sickness at the weekend so I can't see me having things ready for Thursday. 

My blip is the (in)famous Barrak Street Car Park and offices in Warwick. Built by the council as parking for their staff with space above which was the town library but is now offices.  I have blipped it previously in Winter, when the trees did not conceal it so well.   You can possibly see why it won an award for ugly architecture.  Of course, the council could have built something beautiful and won an award for wasting public money on a car park and having no money left to put books in the library ... a can't win situation?
