Infernal Internals

My old PC is heading for retirement as (like me) it is getting old, slow and cranky.  It was originally built by my son in around 2016 for gaming,  I bought it from him when he built something faster and have used it for several years of photo editing.  Over the years it has had extra drives added, a new(er) video card, much more RAM and an update to Windows 10.  The main thing holding it back is the motherboard and processor, which won't run Windows 11, so given that the various components which would be attached to a new one are probably getting on toward increasing failure rate, I decided to replace it with a Mini Mac.  

The Mac is, as you might guess - much quicker! It might take me a while to get my head around some of the different terms and keystrokes so probably a good thing I enjoy a challenge :-) 

The photos are for a short presentation I am putting together, on the fun of getting my files made available to the Mac and making a graceful changeover.
