Another breezy one

I made up some washes first thing before heading down to the Flotterstone to meet up with some old friends. 

We were delighted to  find that the old fishing portakabin at LoganLea Reservoir is now a lovely coffee stop - the coffee was decent, the owner (and his dog) were super-welcoming and the hot pies looked great - will be going back for one next time! 

We had a late lunch at the newly-refurbed Flotterstone. I was later than expected so had to postpone my restock at the Storehouse until tomorrow but I did get to The Country Store (for dog food) and Tesco (for supplies). How I managed to miss all the heavy downpours throughout today I'll never know. 

I spent most of the evening making 16 litres of body lotion for the new hotel.
