Daisy Dweller

…….. this somewhat tatty looking Common Blue butterfly was hanging on to the daisy for dear life, as the wind was quite strong across the field. I did see a few more insects around, which I was pleased about, but there was still far fewer than I would normally expect at this time of year :-/

I did a bit of chopping back a couple of the shrubs in the front garden while it was quiet out there - everything seems to be growing at 100 miles an hour now that we’ve had a bit of rain, so I need to try to keep on top of it ;-)
