rainy days

WE finally got the rain!! A very overcast and showery morning has been welcomed by the plants in my garden - and the slugs and snails it has bought out of hiding!!

Just a short outing today, as we had to go to Argos to get a new Iron - not the most exciting of shopping trips!

Another geranium/cranesbill is flowering well again - think this one is 'Mrs Kendall Clark'! -  The geranium cultivar "Mrs Kendall Clark" is named after Lucretia Kendall, a gardener who sent a plant to Walter Ingwersen, a nurseryman and well known plant collector, in the 1930s. Ingwersen later named the plant in her honour.
