BATH/SHOWER PUFF

There is no theme for the Abstract Thursday challenge so I took a shot of something handy - a bath/shower mesh puff which hangs in the bathroom. I did a bit of processing to bring out the details.  Its not something I use myself - Becky uses it when she visits.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

Ive had a mainly lazy day.  Was woken quite early by the roofers.  You might have thought that all the gutter work had long since been completed.... but it wasn't.  After the roofers had " finished " the job last month I checked the guttering and saw that they hadn't replaced the down pipe at the back or the guttering across the garage extension or the guttering across the kitchen extension.  When I messaged the roofer on 18th May asking why these parts hadn't been replaced  he said they had been " missed ".  So Ive been waiting since then for him to come and do them... and today was the day.  Later on when I checked I saw that everything at the back has now been done so I'm pleased.  

I decided to make the effort today to go to the Co-op.  Got the bus there and had a slow wander around the shop.  I found a bargain bunch of flowers reduced from £6 to £2.  I walked home.  No heavy lifting allowed at the moment but I had my shopping trolley to get my purchases home.   It started raining heavily just as I left the shop.  But I was OK as I had my brolly and it wasn't windy so no rain got into  my eye.  ( I have to be careful for a fortnight not to get water/dust/dirt in my right eye ).

Didn't go to slimming group this evening.  I know I would have gained weight and I didn't feel in the mood to go.  Hopefully by next Thursday I will be back " on plan " and ready to go back.
