Life of a bubble maker

Almost Midnight

Early start to get to animal Kingdom to get on the rest of the rides we hadn’t done. Started off with another trip on Dinosaur before getting a fast pass for Expedition Everest and then meeting the others.

Next up was the Festival of the Lion King. Great show and if this is anything to go by the west end show will be great at Christmas when it comes to Edinburgh.
From there it was back to Everest for our ride before heading off to another showing of Finding Nemo. First time for the kids and they loved it. Next was the Flights of Wonder with slightly different birds this time.

After that we reached an all time low when the Gatton side of the family pushed the kids into Its Tough to be a Bug in the now resident wheelchair instead of parking it in the stroller area and making the kids walk. Well the people in Disney aren’t going to tell someone in a wheelchair to get out and walk, and aren’t expecting people to use one who isn't disabled. As a result we all sat in the disabled row and one of the kids sat in the wheelchair. This meant that they didn’t get to feel the bugs walking on the seat at the end of the show.

From there it was back home for all of us as the Gatton side were tired, hot and wanted to go home. We headed off to Magic Kingdom while the kids surprisingly found some energy and went to the pool.

First up was the Monsters Inc. Laughter Floor. Similar to the interactive talk with Crush but not quite as good as it was with a bigger audience.
Stich's Great Escape was next and not worth going on, before going on Big Thunder Mountain. We had been waiting all week for this, as it has been shut a lot of the time we were there. Very disappointing ride, as there were no big drops in it. Think we built it up in our minds too much.
It was then Cosmic Rays for some food before the others went on Buzz Light Year and headed home.
