I had a morning to spare so took an impromptu trip up to Farringdon. The mission was to see if there was any photo potential. Also to try out a new lens I have recently purchased.

Astonished by the sharpness of the prime lens and intimidated by its long reach for street photography I managed to get a few images. This one right at the start of my walk. 

An hour later I was on the way back to Stratford to see a film with a friend that I had spotted was on at a local cinema there. My bad - the cinema I had taken us to has closed. n fact there is a new cinema that I wasn't aware of. By the time I had worked out my blunder it was too late.

Perhaps I am losing the plot...
