It was my book group this afternoon, with just three of us again, more people are expected next week. Today we were discussing Maggie O'Farrell's The Vanishing Act of Esme Lennox which one out of us hadn't enjoyed as it was too confusing. I had read it twice because it was confusing, and was pleased to make much better sense of it, but not everyone had the time or inclination.
