Book and Jiggers

Following on from Mrs. MD's Blip last week showing my Mum's old cookbook  - I remembered I had these old Victorian Pastry Jiggers that she used to use when making pies and such delights.  I'm quite sure Mrs. Beeton would have used very similar tools.
