Flower Friday

Today started with a tidy up (ready for Annette to clean), then I packed the car full and set off to the tip. I had things for nearly every different area today. It's always cathartic to throw things into the skips!

After that, I visited Relate and offloaded a whole range of different things. They are always happy to see me. I was going to take three boxes of books to the Hospice bookshop, but there was nowhere to park, so Relate benefitted from those as well.

I had a disappointing trip to Millets. I wanted to replace my trainers, but the same size, same make and same style were too big. 

I sneaked back into SeaSalt and bought a second dress. That is very extravagant, but I want to look my best at the 50th anniversary celebration of qualifying. How can it be 50 years?

Annette and I had a good catch up and I'm relaxing this evening. My excitement about my forthcoming trip is beginning to bubble up!!
