I wish I could say this has been a highly productive day  while the reality is that its been full of mundane domestic jobs including sorting out bird feeders, ie. washing them and re-installing  the trap for grey squirrels.

Yes, this morning I saw one attacking the bird feeders . We have not seen any greys for months and  I had convinced myself this was a grey squirrel free zone especially after i saw a red squirrel yesterday on the balcony.

No I dont like the idea of trapping the greys but  they carry a virus which infects and kills red squirrels .
