The Unexpected Gift

 
As a frustrated sculptor, I am always on the lookout for interesting shapes. I saw this metal vase under a table at Carsebridge Cultural Centre (RESONATE) and asked if it was for sale.
 
“No” says Angela, the owner “I got it from a junk shop. Nobody wanted it because its misshapen….. you can have it.”
 
Today it is on a wall outside my studio.  (see extra)
