Take a seat....

We're under a yellow weather warning here today, and the sky has looked threatening at times but still no sign of rain or thunderstorms! 

So we braved the dark skies, and took a little trip to Leigh on Sea for a National Open Garden opening for Isabelle's Garden.  We've visited here many times before and love it, and the owner is lovely so we're glad we made it!!  She's a completely mad plantswoman, so there were lots of new plants and features in the garden which I'm now tempted to try out in ours.  And this is one of our favourite little corners of the garden! We sat near here with our tea and cake - victoria sponge for me, carrot cake for Dad and Lime, Courgette & Pistachio for mum!
