Garlic harvest

I escaped Teams and  shot up to the allotment to harvest the garlic before any rain arrived as the forecast for tomorrow is torrential.

This little chap (only about 1 cm long) was keeping a close eye on me.  I was organised and got out 4 trays, one for each variety.  The label went into the tray and followed by the garlic.  I then moved the trays into the shed to start drying off....
... then realised I had 5 trays with garlic and only 4 with labels!!!  Oops.

Took a while to  work over the new space and manages to half fill the pot on the path with large bindweed roots <sigh>  but it is now ready for some french beans as soon as I have time and weather to get up there again.
