Eating up...

Another day of not going out apart from a quick nip to the Co-op to get an avocado to go with tea.

If Swedish death cleaning involves food, then this is that.  The halloumi has been lurking in the bottom of the fridge for a while, the quinoa has been lurking in a jar for a while longer than that and I had the rest of the ingredients apart from the avocado.  

I may need to make a bit more dahl as we seem to have a lot of lentils - open to other recipe suggestions to use them  :-)

Still waiting for the third paper to go live for marking.
