A beautiful garden

Today we went to friends in Chichester for lunch. A few years ago they moved into a beautiful Victorian town house there, and they spent much time at great effort redesigning and replanting their garden - the garden today is beautiful, it could easily feature in House and Garden. This is just a corner of that beautiful garden.

We had a very enjoyable lunch and they were very happy to see Gavin looking so well. We have been friends for many years, in fact I knew them from university long before I met Gavin.

It has been a day all about friends as today we also reconnected (via Whatsapp video) with friends in South Africa that we have lost touch with - we have also known them for more than three decades.

A lazy evening tonight, I love relaxing and watching TV on a Sunday night. What will it be, Code of Silence, Dept Q or Ginny and Georgia...all very watchable.
