Sunday ...

... Funday.

This afternoon we went up to the Plainfield Rail Trail for our walk.  Unfortunately, our normal parking area was full so we had to go to another parking area ... but still along the trail.  This parking area puts us on a different section of the trail that we've only walked at once or twice.  It's still nice but not like our normal walking trail.  We made the most of it though.  

As we were walking I made the comment that we should have gone to Ballas Park ... which is not that far away from the Plainfield trail.  So after our walk we took the short drive to Ballas Park.  This park offers a rather large wild flower field and a large pond that's popular with fishermen and women. 

As we were leaving I spied this lovely young woman sitting at the picnic table with her companion across from her.  I purposely cropped most of him out as I liked the scene better.  She looks deep in thought.  Or listening intently.
