Postgrass
Starting the widescale application of "static grass" to the modules. A million times better than the dreaded green sawdust that adorned many a layout in my youth, but still gets everywhere it shouldn't.
The 'grass' is fine plastic(?) fibres scattered from a dispenser that also applies a static electric charge field between the dispenser and the 'ground'. The net effect of which is that the fibres land 'upright' in the glue. That's the theory anyway.
It's rather more aimed at the smaller scales, so it does look a bit too much like lawn at this scale. However, most of this is just a base layer to a more extensive grass and weed undergrowth layer.
