More Flowers

Managed to get into town today for the Octoplus freebie coffee. I got the bus - just. I looked at Google maps and it said there was a bus in 7 mins, house a 4 min walk so I popped in my contacts , got the dogs collar and lead on grabbed my rucksack and marched to the bus stop. As I was three quarters way down the hill the bus passed by in the Glasgow road. I looked at my watch 9:32 so it was two mins early. I walked to the corner and saw someone getting on so decided to run and chance my luck. Managed it , just, as the person going in seemed to have problem with their bus pass. Phew - on I went.

S was at the consultant about his hip at PRI. Seems they can do a procedure where they don’t replace the whole hip they do something with the socket at put ceramic bit in. This means that it’s not as invasive and easier when he gets the whole hip done eventually. He said it was a good appointment and had a big leaflet to read!

He met me in Nero after he had finished at the hospital.

I’m still coughing a bit but feel it’s slightly better maybe cos I had a decent sleep. The nose is t nearly running as much and not as red! I’ve used plenty Vaseline to stop the cracks with all the blowing.

Walked home. Just in time before the rain came.

Did some photo stuff in the afternoon and also my three knee exercises.
