Slow day

I never want to repeat last night but deciding not to swim was essential. So it was a slow start to the day. 

Did the laundry and sorted a couple of things that required a screwdriver then bussed down to Newington about the framing. That took longer than anticipated but on way home dropped an invite off to L. 

Hung out the washing, had lunch and then went to the Garden Centre where it was difficult to find what I wanted and I spent more than I'd planned to. 

By this time it was raining. Washed a couple of floors and eventually had my meeting. 

The evening has been equally slow. Though after dinner I succumbed and put on the heating. Hardly flaming June. 

I've also started 3 avocado pits. Wonder if they'll grow.
