The Nelsons

Prezzy

One of my students was away for his last lesson in May, picking up his dog from Aveyron down in the south of France. He'd left it with family down there while he was on holiday in Thailand.
Anyway, this week, he rolls up for his lesson with a big bag.
"Got a couple of things for you".

This bottle of beer brewed locally in Aveyron and some saucisson from the region (dried sausage).
A few weeks ago he even gave me a replacement power lead for my Thinkpad (he works in IT).
The beer was very good...

I've been very lucky with some of my students.

As we head towards the end of my school year (I don't teach in July and August, as it is a bit pointless), I've asked if students will want to continue when I restart in September. Out of the 5 on my books, one won't be carrying on.
