Bestiole

French for "bug"... Some weird looking beetle on my walk today in the local park. Not been walking much as of late, but managed 2.5km. Halfway through the walk my right ankle decided to get painful. My left one is weakened a bit after a couple of years of pain.
I had been taking sleeping tablets for around 2 years, a "food compliment". The last packet I had gave a warning for inflamation - not a good thing given my health complaint. So I stopped taking them and since then, my left ankle steadily got better. Co-incidence?
