Herbal tea

Finally got started on my residency with the wellbeing garden at RHS Bridgewater today, commissioned by Open Eye Gallery and University of Salford Art Collection.

A lovely morning with Trafford Carers, and then worked out a plan for the next few weeks. With plenty of scope for changes over the coming months.

I picked the herbs to make tea for the group - oregano, fennel, borage and chamomile flowers and lots of lemon balm.

Now heading into Manchester to meet J, who I have been friends with since university, for some food and a long overdue catch up. I am expecting to be tired tomorrow!
