Flashy

After a lot of umming and aahing about whether or not to keep the car for another day, we decided we wanted to stay close(r) to home, so we headed out to return it, but first, we stopped near the Museum of the Future to get some photos of it. I had parked in the shade (it is way too hot to be outdoors in the sun), so the pictures aren't great. Oh well. Perhaps one day, we will have a flashy car again, if only for a day.

Car returned (with no extra scratches than what we got it with), we got on the Metro and headed to Dubai Mall. There is a walkway that connects the station to the Mall, which more than a people comment on. It is a 15-minute walk in an air-conditioned tunnel. My blip is one of the pictures that G took through the window. I got some footage using the GoPro.

We enjoyed breakfast at Tiffany's before taking a taxi home and staying in for the rest of the day. Yay! G found a movie to watch, but I fell asleep on the sofa. The evening was more productive.
