An ordinary life....

Telegraph Road...

I am a few days behind with my blips and running out of time to get on top of it this evening, so I will blip today and backblip the last three days when I get the chance :-)

We are about to watch the final two episodes of Department Q so will keep this short and sweet.

I was delighted to wake up this morning to see the sunshine back again.  Great to be able to leave the house and not worry about a jacket or a brolly :-)

Had an appointment with the pelvic physio.  She is so lovely and trying so hard to help me get rid of the almost constant UTIs.  She had hoped to give me an ultrasound but because I'm on antibiotics she was worried that might spread the infection, so saved that for another day.  Oh joy.

From there we drove home the back roads as there's roadworks on the A9 to and from Broxden roundabout.  It's funny how you don't go along a road for ages yet this is the third time (six if you count the return journeys) we've been along this road this week!  And a very lovely road it is too so not complaining.  More in extras.

Went to the golf club for an early dinner.  The food was good before but the new caterer is amazing.  His pakora and prawn tempura are the best, and his butter chicken is divine, so that's what we had :-)

Home to water the tubs, deal with junk mail, reply to some emails and feed Lola.  Now D is giving her a walk round the block (she had her long walk at Blackford this morning) and when he returns we shall gather some snacks and watch the final two episodes of Department Q.

You know a programme is good if it has you talking about it almost constantly and coming up with theories.  It has us totally hooked!  Think we will move on to Slow Horses next.  Behind the curve as usual :-))

Just seen the evening sky.  Added to extras.
