Tedding

Our farming neighbour mowed a grass field on Saturday and today is tedding it - fluffing it up and turning it over, so that it dries properly for hay.  We spent many happy summers doing this before we retired from farming.

Another neighbour who has the Exmoor ponies also has 3 retired polo ponies (extra).  They were in the field with the footpath where the Exmoor ponies sometimes are.  As retired beef farmers, we are totally relaxed and happy in a field of frisky bullocks.  However, three curious polo ponies are terrifying!
