White Park Cow

I was not feeling very fit when I woke up this morning. I had two stiff and achey wrists, one swollen hand, one stiff and aching arm, and an aching back. I felt like I had been through the mill. This is probably how BB must feel after a game of rugby! My aches were just the result of my tumble yesterday. I planned to walk down town for a couple of things, to get myself moving, but as I was about to leave the rain came on, and it was heavy, so I ended up pottery around the house instead.

TT brought some pies home for lunch, which he had bought at the new pie shop. They went down well. TT and I went to a local nursery for a few plants and compost. It was still damp, so we didn’t hang around.

Later in the afternoon after it started to brighten up, BB and I risked going out for a walk, and amazingly made it back home dry. We left TT and his sore foot doing some gardening, mainly planting some pots.

No one could be bothered making tea, so we had fish and chips. Later BB watched football, then I started to watch Dept Q.

This is one of the white park cattle on the Lennoxlove Estate. They are big animals, I am glad they were behind a fence.
