When you need to empty the veg drawer of the fridge!

I always lean towards a veggie curry, and these ingredients couldn't have been better. The man normally makes the curries, thanks to The Curry Guy cookbooks, so he is always a little put out that I manage to do mine with so little effort and preparation.

I loved yesterday's day of rain. The dampness in the air was refreshing, but I was more than happy to greet the sun again today.
