Buttercups in the woods

They came to repair the chipped windscreen this morning. It was all done quickly. I sent the invoice to the insurers and they made a bank transfer for the full amount within an hour or so. I thought that was very efficient. We had another family lunch with the grandchildren and daughter-in-law’s dad once they had gone. We walked down through the woods again to the river just for a breath of fresh air. It was actually quite hot and muggy and the midges were out, quite a change from the very cool weather we have been having over the last few days.
