A very good sleep after a few not so good nights.

I had four bags of garden greenery to take to the recycling site but decided to trim a bit of hedge and fill another. Once those were in the skip I drove along to Elterwater. My plan was to walk around the village and across the common to find a sheep blip.

Good luck came my way eventually as these two Herdies wandered along the road. Demoted to extras are the recycling trucks (one for green waste and the other for glass, paper etc) and the Britannia Inn.

Home to laundry and after lunch an hour of television with last nights Race Across the World final. It’s the first series I’ve watched!
