River Again!

Last night there was very little milk left in the carton - just enough for a coffee. Only, as often happens when it's down to the last little bit, it was in chunks by the time it went into my cup this morning.

To the Co-op, then. Only to find they only had large cartons of milk which would definitely go off before I used it all. I bought a coffee from the Costa machine in the shop. Just a regular americano, nothing fancy.

Later I walked to the local Tesco. It was chaotic there as the store is having much - needed work done. That shouldn't have any bearing on milk supplies, but they also had no two pint cartons... What is going on?

I took this photo on my way home, of the river with the Half Moon bridge in the distance.

Talking of moons, has anyone seen that beautiful red moon that has graced the UK sky over the past couple of nights? (Brian certainly did!) Early this morning I tried to get photos of it, but they were abysmal!

Before going home I tried the Co-op again, and they'd found half a dozen 2 pint cartons from somewhere, so I finally got some milk at last. It has decent use by date too!
