Cygnets

A lovely day today - two of the 'bigger' swimming group have birthdays in the next couple of days so we celebrated at a pub with a wonderful meal and plenty of chat. 
Later on this evening after the horrendous showers had subsided I went over to see if I could find the swans and cygnets on Braunton Marsh. So grateful I did as I found them. There are ten cygnets and the parents are looking after them well - they told me off in no uncertain terms if I came too close!  Wonderful.....and hope they all survive.
In extra there is a naughty cow sticking its tongue out at me - also at the marshes.
