There seem to be sheep everywhere at the moment

So three views of sheep from my afternoon walk.  Actually two of them are taken from different angles but are part of the same interconnected field.

I’d had a really good morning, and I enjoyed the ‘Keep Moving’ session in the chapel.  I think it’s the hardest session I do, even though most of it is seated.  One of Lesley’s aims is to develop our reaction times so that we respond appropriately if there is a danger we might fall.  So lots of quick reaction stuff, but the music she uses makes it fun.

I ended up chatting with my neighbour when I came home, so I was late making lunch and therefore late with my afternoon meds.  My body wasn’t happy!!! After about an hour I decided I would try and walk it off and I did manage the whole circuit, hence the sheep.  I should have asked if I might photograph the activity session in the chapel, then I would have had a full set of activities for the week.
