Friday the 13th...

...and everything's Rosie :-)   

Woke up thinking there was still around two hours till the alarm only for it to go off almost immediately.  I hate when that happens!

Time for a bowl of muesli before Lauren arrived to do my nails.  Lovely to catch up with her whilst having my hands pampered.  

This afternoon I had hoped to do some painting but my hip's been a bit achey and sitting in my wheels doesn't help, so I decided to get my feet up and get on with my next baby blanket ( for my friend Mae's granddaughter who is due at the end of July) 

I started crocheting it in March but put it aside to get Alfie's baby blanket finished, which is today's blip since it's been a bit of a dull day both physically and metaphorically.  No other pic taken :-)

Anyhoo, I crocheted for a chunk of the afternoon, feeling pleased with my progress as the baby is due next month and I'm starting to panic slightly about getting it finished in time.  

All went well till it was time to stop and as I tidied it away I put a stitch holder in to stop it unravelling and I saw I'd made an error on the first row I'd done this afternoon.  I have no idea why it took me so long to notice.  I blame being tired.  I really shouldn't do anything other than snooze when I'm tired!  Frogged it back to where I started this afternoon.  Will get back to it when I am less tired!

This evening has drifted by with nothing to show for it other than choosing a book to take on holiday.  Must be more productive tomorrow.
