Pottery EB

A busy at home day.   I did take a few pictures of a Dierama in flower for the first time but the hanging flowers were blowing in the wind, so it's a late night pottery EB.

I was up early to get the car in for new tyres.   In the end I didn't get it back till late afternoon but as I had nowhere to go this was not a problem.   Meg came with me so walking back took a bit longer than it might have but a good walk for her.   I used a good chunk of the morning doing jobs in the garden, starting the deconstruction of an old raised bed.  Built from decking planks, five years in contact with the moist soil had seen some of it rot through.  I have plans for something more permanent to take it's place.

Assorted little jobs this afternoon, indoors as a little rain had arrived then another walk for Meg in a dry slot after I had collected the car.   This was a good move as more serious rain set in after tea.   I spent the evening at pottery with a fellow potter.  I helped unload the kiln and we both happily glazed some of our work that came from it.
