Chedworth

We had a fun night last night- a family meal and then the pub to meet my son &gf’s friends which was nice. We bailed at about 10:30 they carried on. When we went round to the flat this morning, my older son said they were drinking , listening to music etc at the flat til 6am!!!!! My older son seemed tired :) the younger son & birthday boy seemed remarkably chipper, his gf not. She surfaced briefly to say hello but we left them to it.
Home from London via NT Chedworth Roman Villa. What a stunning location hidden in the Gloucestershire countryside built possibly by a retired Roman general . The level of sophistication of the bath houses water systems and mosaics is astounding. They also had reenactment of gladiators on so very entertaining
Home for a quiet night and back to normal…
