Seaford

Along the coast for a parkrun at Seaford. Weather forecast looked promising for the run and post run birthday cakes, but it was a bit windy for a decent run. Nevertheless, it was good to have a natter afterwards.

I quite liked the contrast of the Newhaven / Dieppe ferry and the wind-foiler who was making the most of the breeze. Seagull was very obliging too.

Extra is the Coastguard helicopter, which seemed rather too busy this afternoon.
