Changes

For the last 30 years plus, this was my local 10k. The race I organised back in the 90s.

Earlier in the year, for various reasons (including moving south), I changed clubs, away from a club I'd been a committee member of for over 30 years. 
It was tough leaving, but in some ways very easy walk away. Nobody seemed to notice or care, so I made the right decision.
