The State Bird in the Bath

It feels good to be back upstairs in my stalker window, patiently waiting for the birdie to take baths. Lisa is my spotter. She cries out..."Robin in the bird bath", and I rush upstairs with the camera, trying to crack the window silently.

I just love how the robins get into the bath...dunking, dipping, and drip-drying. 

Lisa worked today, so I mostly painted and watched the U.S. Open golf tournament.

We have the meat cooked for tomorrow's Father's Day feast, and Lisa has an onion casserole ready to cook, and I made a peach cobbler. 

In other Blip news, thank you for the informational updates on my yesterday's Flower Friday post. As many pointed out, the giant bush was a rhododendron. I'll try to remember that for next year when I post it again. I can always count on my Blip friends.
