Another cycle today, a typical Scottish summer ride…thon fine rain that's not really rain but soaks you through. Was dreading going out, but the thought is worse than the reality. Quite enjoyed myself despite the rain, and usual back pain and sore arse.

One more step toward getting fitter and staving off the inevitable decline into middle aged and West of Scotland induced heart disease.
