Cherry picker is still here

Today Ann was working 1-6.30pm. …......That was a long shift for her. She doesn't usually work any longer than 5 hours at a time because by the time she's walked to and from work, I've been left 'home alone' for 5.5 hours and she thinks that long enough for me. …......Not that I care. I'm quite happy snoozing if Ann wants to go out. Ann doesn't want to work any longer than 5 hours because she's getting old and 5 hours on her feet is enough for her. Lol!


Before she went to work I got an extra play in the field with my ball. It was very, very hot so after a few throws and run arounds, I just flopped down. You can see the cherry picker that has been clearing the moss off our roof in the background. It should have been finished by mid May, then it should have been finished by the end of last week, then it should have been finished by today.

The roofer says that he's finished with the cherry picker now and it should be picked up tomorrow??!!

Mmmmmmm...................... Ann's not convinced! The roofer is a really, really, nice guy. But.... he's had one problem after another on this job, so is now thousands of pounds out of pocket. He says it's one of the worst jobs that he's ever done in his life!!!

Anyway, he's coming back tomorrow to clear out all the gutters that are now completely clogged up with moss. Ann's not convinced that he will turn up?!
