Two parks

I wanted to head to Dalkeith country park this morning as a dress company I’ve been following for a while was having a sample sale. It turns out the company is based here in Edinburgh and as they want to be sustainable and produce less waste, production doesn’t start until they have a minimum number of orders. I went with the intention of trying on a few styles and sizes for future reference but the low prices convinced me otherwise. I bought some gorgeous linen trousers and two dresses, oops.

My PHL and Phin enjoyed a short walk whilst I was shopping.

Home for a light lunch as I’d made us a mini cooked breakfast before we headed out in the morning.

I picked up some beautiful Shetland wool when I was away and have started a shawl as a birthday gift for a friend. It’s knitting up very quickly.

A wee bit of a blip catch up, sorry I’m so behind with journals and I headed out to Newbattle to meet Paz and Ramos. The boys had a great time running about in the woods whilst Paz and I had a good chinwag.
