still hanging around

The Blip folks tell me that I have posted 14 years worth of photos. How time flies when you are having fun! I clearly remember the first year, not wanting to miss a day, driving to special places to get special photos, learning to use my fancy new camera. Well I have mellowed  (gotten older), and now I'm just as likely to post a photo from my phone or skip a day completely. Apparently I've missed about 50 days throughout the years. My first post was April 26, 2011, now it is June 16, 2025 when I am hitting my 14th anniversary. 
Wouldn't it be funny if we counted birthdays and wedding anniversaries that way? If you are not fully present for a day , it doesn't count?! Wow, I'd be so much younger!
As always I thank my blip friends who encourage me, inspire me, and make me smile. You know who you are!
And thanks to the team of volunteers who keep this the best internet site ever.
