Finally cracked.

I cut what passed for grass at the front of the house when I got home today after inspecting what space was left in the garden waste bin. This is just the bit by the hedge. I am ignoring the hedge growth. 

There has also been a bit of a phone related drama... which has sorted faster than I initially feared but had me contemplating that this device's replacement will be first in the list once term has ended.
