It’s been a very warm and sunny day- got up to 26 degrees. Why then did Otis decide that today was the day to get comfy in his furry bed? I bought two in the winter and it’s the first time either of them showed any interest!
Went to upholstery this morning and finished my chair apart from hand sewing up both sides of the back. I wasn’t looking forward to this as upholstery fabric is thick and often difficult to get a needle through.
Came home and had lunch, read my book for a while and then decided to carry on with sewing the chair. I sat outside under the shelter- there was a gentle breeze and it wasn’t too hot. Managed to finish it- the sewing wasn’t as difficult as I anticipated.
Went to Bridge in the evening. Va was back from her holiday and we came second. Very pleased.
