Bus trip

The lady in reception told us Hetty should be in a bag for the bus, but we don’t have one. The driver said he was OK with her on when I offered to muzzle and carry her. She was not happy but OK. Coming back I did the same and driver didn’t say anything. Strasbourg is such a beautiful place but far too hot and too busy. After a picnic style lunch near the canal we headed to the cathedral and could not believe the length of the queue. I knew hubby really wanted to go in so Hetty and I found a shaded quiet corner and he went in.
Back at site we sat in the shade and read until it was time to cook. Used the external gas point and the single ring hob for the first time, really enjoyed cooking outside.
This is such a lovely site, spacious pitches and the facilities so good with large showers and plenty of hot water.
