Wanderings and meanders

Merchiston Tower

Edinburgh

I didn't know there was a medieval tower house tucked away on the Napier University campus. Having looked into it a little the name of the University makes more sense to me, since this tower is seat of clan Napier and is thought to be the birthplace of John Napier, the inventor of logarithms and the decimal point.

A learning day, then out into the sunshine.
