Soaking up the sun

Richard is understandably sore after his falls and having difficulty in getting comfortable. He is being checked for a urine infection which may explain the falls. It is difficult differentiating which of his conditions are causing his current difficulties. 

Spotted this beautiful flower this morning on my walk to Pilates.
